Dear Tom,

This Christmas season, as we celebrate our Savior's birth, I am grateful that the same Jesus who came to earth in a humble manger is still transforming lives today. Through your faithful partnership with TEAM, His message of hope has reached across borders and languages, touching hearts and shaping communities. Your generosity helps to bring the Good News of the Gospel to some of the world's hardest-to-reach places. Allow me to share one story from such a place: 

Layla grew up in a region steeped in spiritual complexities and Christian persecution. Through God’s goodness, and a relationship with TEAM global workers, over time Layla came to know the redemptive love of Jesus. Filled with a burning desire to see others experience this same freedom, Layla began sharing the Good News in her community. Her courage and conviction were undeniable, and soon, despite ongoing adversity, she became an ambassador for the Gospel in Muslim regions of Chad. 

Layla's journey exemplifies how your partnership with TEAM is bearing fruit worldwide. Through your prayers and generosity, TEAM equips and supports dedicated global workers, like those who discipled Layla.

Over the past year, through God’s grace, your support has been instrumental in accomplishing remarkable feats for the Kingdom: 

• More than 600 individuals serving in over 50 countries, humbly working to share the Gospel and serve communities 

• Ministry initiatives expanded to over 200 programs, each tailored to address unique cultural needs 

• A global church network growing to over 2,000 congregations 

• Thirty-two new global workers preparing to launch into ministries in places like Ireland and Southeast Asia 

• An enhanced sending process that expedites launching workers while ensuring they're fully equipped 

• The new TEAMtrek short-term missions program, bridging traditional short-term trips and long-term service 

Though we rejoice in this Kingdom growth, we are keenly aware that the work is far from over. More than 3.4 billion people worldwide remain unreached by the Good News of Jesus. 

With your help, we can continue expanding our efforts: sending more workers into the harvest, translating God's Word into heart languages, bringing Christ's hope to marginalized communities, and illuminating darkness with the Gospel's light.
